柳河泥沙变化规律分析

通过对柳河悬移质泥沙的输移特性以及年内、年际变化规律的分析，表明自然因素、下垫面条件和人类活动是泥沙变化的影响因素，柳河上游通过水土保持的综合治理，已收到了明显的治理效果。

Through analysis of sediment suspension transport character and its annual and interannual variation law for Luihe river, it indicates that the natural factor, the underlying condition and human activity is effect factor of the sediment discharge variation. After tackling soil and water conservation in a comprehensive way on the upstream of Luihe river, the effect is obvious and the erosion loss gets control.
