对白石水库水源保护的探讨

白石水库的功能是防洪、城市供水、灌溉兼发电养鱼。水库年净调节水量４．４７亿ｍ３，主要满足坝址下游的阜新市和锦州市的工业、城市生活及灌溉用水。通过对白石水库上游点、面污染源的分析和水库水质现状的评价。

The function of Baishi reservoir is flood control, municipal water supply, irrigation and concurrently power generation and fish culture. Its annual net regulation water is 4.47×10 8 m 3 to meet the needs of the industrial, municipal, domestic and irrigation water. Through analysis of the point and area pollutant source on the upstream of Baishi reservoir, and estimation of the water quality actual state in the reservoir, the protecting countermeasure of the water source was discussed for the Baishi reservoir under construction.
