厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪和福辛普利治疗原发性高血压疗效比较

Effects comparison of irbesartan,hydrochlorothiazide and fosinopril on primary hypertension

目的:观察厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗原发性高血压的疗效。方法:将176例原发性高血压患者随机表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组88例。治疗组口服厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片,每次1片,每日1次,于餐前服用。对照组口服福辛普利每次10 mg,每日1次,于餐前服用。两组均治疗1个月为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察疗效及不良反应。结果:显效率治疗组为39.77%,对照组为29.55%;总有效率治疗组为92.05%,对照组为82.85%;两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后SBP、DBP均有下降,治疗组下降程度较对照组明显(P<0.05)。对照组组24 h HUPQ无显著变化(P>0.05),治疗组24 h尿蛋白定量明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗后两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组AST、ALT、rGT、BUN、Cr治疗前后无显著变化(P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗原发性高血压疗效明显,不良反应少,适宜用于治疗原发性高血压。

Objective： To investigate the effects of irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide on primary hypertension.Methods： One hundred and seventy-six patients with primary hypertension were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group by half.The treatment group was treated with irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets,1 tablet each time,once per day,taking in fasting,while the control group was treated with fosinopril,10 mg/day,and prior to meal.Both groups were treated for 2 courses,each consisted of 1 month,then observe the therapeutic effects and adverse drug reactions.Results： The obvious effective rate and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 39.77% and 92.05%,significant higher than the corresponding 29.55% and 82.85% of the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,SBP and DBP of the both groups were decreased,while more significant in the treatment group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,there was no obvious change of 24h HUPQ in the control group（P〉0.05）,while 24h Uprot of the treatment group decreased significantly（P〈0.05）,with obviuos differences between the treatment group and the control group（P〈0.05）.There were no obvious changes of the levels of AST,ALT,rGT,BUN and Cr before and after treatment for both of the two groups（P〉0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly different between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide is effective on primary hypertension with few adverse drug reactions.
