激光联合重组人α-2b干扰素凝胶治疗妊娠期外阴尖锐湿疣临床观察

Clinical effect of laser combining with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel on genital condyloma acuminatum during pregnancy

目的:探讨二氧化碳激光联合重组人α-2b干扰素凝胶治疗妊娠期外阴尖锐湿疣的疗效及对妊娠结局影响。方法:将66例妊娠合并尖锐湿疣要求继续妊娠者随机分为2组,治疗组予以二氧化碳激光联合重组人α-2b干扰素凝胶,对照组单纯予以二氧化碳激光治疗,观察两组疗效及对妊娠结局的影响。结果:治疗组治愈率为81.18%,复发率为18.18%;对照组,治愈率为60.60%,复发率为39.39%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组均未见明显影响妊娠进展及新生儿HPV感染、新生儿畸形病例发生。结论:CO2激光联合重组人α-2b干扰素凝胶治疗妊娠期尖锐湿疣疗效确切、预防复发效果显著,安全,不影响孕妇的正常妊娠进展及胎儿发育。

Objective： To investigate effect of carbon dioxide laser combining with recombinant human interferon α-2b on condyloma acuminatum during pregnancy.Method： A total of 66 pregnant women with condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group was treated with carbon dioxide laser combing with recombinant human α-2b interferon gel,while the control group was given carbon dioxide laser treatment alone.Observed and compared the therapeutic effects and the pregnancy outcomes of the 2 groups.Results： The cure rate and the reoccurrence rate of the treatment group was 81.18% and 18.18%;while for the control group,the corresponding rate was 60.60% and 39.39% showing significant difference between the 2 groups（P〈0.01）.No obvious side effects on pregnancy neonatal HPV infection,or neonatal malformations were observed in this study.Conclusions： Carbon dioxide laser combining with recombinant human interferon α-2b is effective,safe on condyloma acuminatum during pregnancy with no side effects on pregnancy or the fetal development.
