糖尿病患者血小板参数的水平观察和初步分析 被引量:4

Observation and preliminary analysis of blood platelet parameters in diabetes patients

摘要 目的:探讨糖尿病患者微血管病变与血小板各参数的关系。方法:采用XE-2100型全自动五分类血细胞分析仪同时对110例糖尿病患者(其中有微血管病变63例,无微血管病变47例)和70例健康对照组进行血小板计数(PLT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、血小板压积(PCT)、大血小板比率(P-LCR)测定;采用日本AU2700全自动生化分析仪应用葡萄糖氧化酶法检测空腹血糖(FPG)。结果:糖尿病患者MPV、PDW、PCT、P-LCR均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);有微血管病变组MPV、PDW、P-LCR均明显增高(P<0.01);且MPV与FPG呈正相关(r=0.55,P<0.01)。结论:密切观察糖尿病患者的MPV、PDW、P-LCR值,可以为早期预示糖尿病微血管病变的发生提供线索。 Objective: To discuss the relations of microvessel pathological change and various parameters of blood platelet in diabetes patients.Methods: One hundred and ten diabetic cases including 63 cases with microvessel pathological changes and 47 without changes,and 70 healthy cases were selected.The XE-2100 entire automatic five classifications blood corpuscle analyzer was used to test indexes such as platelet count(PLT),blood platelet average volume(MPV),blood platelet distribution width(PDW),blood platelet pressure accumulates(PCT),and big blood platelet ratio(P-LCR),while Japanese AU2700 entire automatic biochemistry analyzer was applied to determine empty stomach blood sugar(FPG) with glucose oxydase law examination.Results: MPV,PDW,PCT,P-LCR in diabetes patient were significantly higher than normal comparison group(P〈0.01).Patients with microvessel pathological change had significant higher MPV,PDW and P-LCR(P〈0.01),and there was positive correlation between MPV and FPG(r=0.55,P〈0.01).Conclusion: Close observation of MPV,PDW,the P-LCR value can provide evidence for the early diagnosis of microvessel pathological change in diabetes patients.
