摘要
目前,声发射检测技术在石油化工工业、航空航天工业、金属加工、交通运输业等领域得到了广泛地应用。本文简要论述了水轮机故障声发射技术诊断的基本理论、系统设计原理,将研究成果应用于水电机组,并初步取得了成果。
At the present time,the acoustic emission diagnosis technology is extensively used in the realm of petrochemical industry,aviation industry,metalworking industry,public transportation and so on.A brief treatise on the fundamental principle of AE Turbine fault diagnosis technology and the composition of the system were discussed.Some progresses have been achieved since this monitoring and diagnostic system being applied to hydropower units.
