摘要
为了解转轮焊接区、热影响区及附近区域相关部位退火后残余应力的情况,对构皮滩水电站首台水轮机转轮退火后进行了残余应力测试。采用盲孔法对13#叶片正、负压侧两个关键部位进行了测试。结果表明,通过退火可以较好地消除叶片的焊接残余应力。
To know about the runner’s residual stress in the welding area,heat affected zone and nearby related position after annealing,residual stress measurement is carried on the Goupitan primary runner.Blind hole method is applied to measure the positive and negative pressure of the 13# blade.Measurement result shows that anneal can effectively relieve the blade residual stress.
