摘要 结合新车型开发中的整车碰撞分析,引入自适应响应面法对车身前部吸能结构进行了优化研究。避免了传统响应面法完全依赖于最初选定的试验点,对复杂函数拟合精度较差的问题。通过对前纵梁等主要吸能部件的板厚进行优化,提高了车身的正面抗撞性,为汽车产品开发提供了有价值的参考。 The adaptive response surface method is introduced for the vehicle crash analysis in a new car model development to conduct the optimization on the energy absorbing member in the front-end of car body,avoiding the defect of traditional response surface method with respects of complete dependence on initial chosen trial point and the poor accuracy of complicated function fitting.After the optimization on the thickness of energy absorbing panels like front side rail,the frontal crashworthiness of car body is improved.This provides a valuable reference for vehicle product development.
