摘要
提出了风扇无量纲性能曲线可用来表征和比较具有几何相似特征的风扇性能的观点。根据新的设计要求,利用无量纲性能曲线从现有的4种风扇中选出1种性能较优的风扇,并在该风扇基础上设计和试制出新风扇,对其性能进行了测试。结果表明,利用提出的方法设计的发动机冷却风扇的性能达到设计要求,验证了该方法的可行性。
A view point is put forward that using dimensionless performance curves of engine cooling fan can characterize and compare the performance of engine fans with geometry similarity features.According to a new design requirement,a fan with better performance is selected from 4 existing fans by using dimensionless performance curves.Base on this,a new fan is designed,trial-produced and tested in performance.The results show that the performance of engine cooling fan designed with the method proposed meets the design requirements,verifying the feasibility of the design method.
