四臂式双井径测井仪的研制与应用

Development and application of the four-arm dual caliper

针对目前油田测井施工中,测井仪不能1次获取相关数据,需要多次测井,导致作业效率低、测量精度低等问题,研制了四臂式双井径测井仪。该仪器利用电动机作为动力源,驱动4个测井支臂,测井支臂的张开与闭合带动电位计的位移变化,电阻信号通过元件板的整合,信号由缆芯传出,1次即可获取相应数据。现场应用情况表明,该仪器结构可靠,操作、维修方便,测量准确,作业效率高,为油田测井提供了极大便利。

In light of the problem that the well logger cannot obtain the relevant data once but many times so as to cause low operating efficiency and low measurement precision in the current oilfields' logging operation,the four-arm dual caliper was developed.The caliper uses the electromotor as the power source,driving four logging arms.The opening and closing of the arms cause the potentiometer to change in position.The resistance signals are integrated by the package board;the signals are transmitted through the cable core;the corresponding data can be obtained once.The field application shows that the instrument is reliable in structure,convenient in operation and maintenance,precise in measurement and high in operating efficiency.It provides great conveniences for oilfield logging.
