摘要 为解决油田作业设备在沙漠油田使用中存在的问题,开发了用于沙漠油田的重载专用车。该车底盘是在经过对比国外沙漠运输车的性能特点,结合军工专用车的高机动性、高越野能力的基础上,采用先进的双扭杆独立悬架、分组转向和轮胎自动充放气等技术开发,并根据油田设备的接口形式进行了专业化设计。现场应用表明,该车在满载情况下,底盘的驱动力富余量很大。它所承运的修井机共完成2口油井的维修作业,转移场地2次,转移里程50多km。 To solve the problem with the operation equipment used in desert oilfields,the heavy-load truck chassis specially used in desert oilfields was designed and developed.Compared with the performance characteristics of foreign desert trucks,a specialized design was applied to the special chassis,adopting such technologies as the high mobility and high cross-country capability of war industry trucks,the advanced independent suspension of double torsion bar,grouped diversion and tyre's automatic air filling and deflation and referring to the interface forms of oilfield equipments.The field application shows that,due to the road holding of the whole tyre of the independent suspension,the truck with full load can run in deserts with the previous 12×6 driving mode of the chassis and the driving force of the chassis enjoys much abundance.Model XJ550 desert workover rig it carries has finished the servicing of two oil wells,with the transfer mileage of over 50 kilometers.It ensures the reliability of transportation.
