两种钢的磨蚀失效分析

The failure analysis of abrasion-erosion of two kinds steel

在旋转圆盘仪上对两种钢分别进行了气性、磨性和磨损试验，然后利用扫描电镜（SEM）分析它们的破坏形式。结果表明，磨蚀失效主要是解理，但伴有气性和磨损的特征。

The abrasion and cavitation eresion and wear expermients of two steels were tested in the rotating disc equipment. Their fracture morphologies were analysed by using SEM. Experimental results shoe that the failure of abrasion is cleavage, and with characteristic of wear and cavitation eresion.
