摘要
采用醋酸铜-醋酸钠酸性溶液和硫酸铜-乳酸碱性溶液,分析了不同pH下电沉积Cu_2O薄膜的形貌及结构,讨论了镀液体系及溶液pH对Cu_2O薄膜生长的影响,测定了不同形貌的Cu_2O薄膜的光学透射性能。结果表明,溶液的氢氧根、羧基、羟基中的氧原子会影响Cu_2O薄膜的结构及形貌。酸性溶液中,Cu_2O薄膜易形成混晶结构;而碱性溶液中,随着pH的变化,Cu_2O薄膜有不同的择优取向。酸性溶液中Cu_2O薄膜形成网状结构,碱性溶液中易形成锥形结构。
The morphology and structure of Cu20 thin film electrodeposited at different pHs were analyzed using acidic copper(II) acetate-sodium acetate and alkaline copper(II) sulfate-lactic acid solutions. The effects of electrolyte composition and pH on the growth of Cu2O thin film were discussed. The optical transmittance of Cu2O thin films with different morphologies was determined. The results showed that oxygen atoms in hydroxide ion as well as carboxyl and hydroxyl groups affect the structure and morphology of Cu2O thin film. Cu2O thin film has a reticular and mixedcrystal structure in acidic electrolyte, but cone structure and preferred orientation, which changes with pH, in alkaline electrolyte.
