摘要
为了配合室体和工位的增加,在充分利用补漆线原有输送装置的基础上,通过对原有牵引链条的计算、校核和对链条与工件小车连接结构的设计,将车架补漆线由链条牵引返回式输送改为通过式输送,使输送系统的输送效率及整条车架补漆线的生产效率成倍提高。
To support the increasing of booth style and work location, the transportation system of vehicle frame touch-up coating line was reconstructed from chain-traction return transportation to pass transportation based on calculation and checking the original traction chain and design for connection structure of chain and workpiece trolley, and making full use of original transportation equipment. Therefore, both transportation efficiency of transportation system and production efficiency of whole vehicle frame touch-up coating line are doubly enhanced.
