摘要
以250mm的氦氖激光管为应用对象,根据氦氖激光管击穿和工作电压的特点,研制成功了一种基于SG3525和IR2110的氦氖激光器高压电源,该电源的高压输出可达5~6kV,用以提供氦氖激光管的击穿电压。电源的正常工作电压为1.8~2.5kV,可使氦氖激光管正常工作,输出激光。实验中采用调节输入电压的方法,结果表明,当输入170V的交流电压时,氦氖激光管能够击穿和正常工作,并实现了对电流的初步控制。该电源结构简单、体积小、重量轻,具有较强的推广性。
The 250 mm He-Ne laser tube is researched.According to the characteristic of He-Ne laser tube,a He-Ne laser power supply based on SG3525 and IR2110 is designed.The output voltage ranges is 5~6 kV,which can be used for lighting He-Ne laser tube.When the laser tube works in normal condition,the output voltage of power supply ranges is 1.8~2.5 kV.The input voltage control is used in the experiment.When the input voltage is 170 V,the He-Ne laser tube can be fired and work normally.The current can also be controlled.The He-Ne laser power supply is simple,small,light and better in applicability.
