摘要
介绍了反激式开关电源的原理,给出了基于NCP1014芯片的电源设计方案,高频变压器初次级匝数以及临界电感计算方法,研究了反激式开关电源电压质量与MOSFET开断的关系,给出了解决方案。实验结果表明,该设计方案具有电压及负载调整率好,效率高,电压纹波小等优越性能。
The flyback switching power supply principle is described.The power supply design,the calculation methods about the high-frequency transformer,the primary and secondary of transformer and critical inductance are given.The relationship between the flyback switching power's voltage quality and MOSFET switching is studied.The experimental results show that this design has better voltage regulation and load regulation,higher efficiency and smaller voltage ripple compare with the former design.
