摘要 深入研究了恒功率交流电子负载,给出其主电路拓扑结构,分析了交流侧矢量及控制方法。电路采用PWM整流器。为提高电子负载的动态响应性能,在电流环采用滞环控制方式,针对该系统利用改变直流负载的方法来控制直流母线电压。针对所提出的电子负载研制了试验样机,试验结果证明设计方案可行,控制方法有效,电子负载能在交流电源供电情况下模拟给定功率因数且视在功率保持恒定。 Electronic load is used in testing of AC power source.An advanced constant power electronic load for aviation is investigated,including its main power circuit,theory analysis of AC vectors and control strategy.The PWM full-bridge rectifier is presented as the main topology structure.To achieve good dynamic performance,the hysteresis current control technology is used to control inductor current.Aimed at this system,a novel method is presented to stabilize the DC link voltage by controlling DC load.A prototype of the proposed electronic load system is designed and developed.The experimental results show that both the design and its control strategy are effective,with the supply of AC power,the given power factor can be achieved in this electronic load,and the apparent power is constant.
