摘要
研究分析了全桥桥式电压源型单极性双向移相高频链逆变环节的控制策略,在此基础上提出了一种降低周波变换器开关频率,减少开关损耗的控制方法。阐述了单极性移相控制策略进行,详细介绍了新的控制方法,分析了高频变压器原理及相关波形,最后设计了一台功率为3kVA的样机。实验结果证明,该方法降低了开关频率且输出波形频谱特性好,周波变换器实现了低频零电压转换(ZVS),降低了器件开关损耗。
An unipolarity bi-directional phase-shifted control method of voltage mode inverters with high frequency link is investigated,and a method to reduce the switching frequency and power loss of the insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT) is brought forward in cycloconverter.The traditional control strategy is analysed,and the new method and the input waveform of the HF transformer is given,a prototypes for 3 kVA is designed.The test results indicate that the new control method reduces the IGBT's switching frequency and switching loss,it has a good output voltage wave-form spectrum characteristics,the low switching frequency zero voltage switching(ZVS)is achieved in cycloconverter.
