变电压DBPFC与BoostPFC效率分析与对比 被引量:1

摘要 双Boost功率因数校正器(DBPFC)比传统Boost PFC少了一个开关管的压降,因此变换器的效率得以提高。综合变输出电压控制方法和DBPFC的优点,给出采用ICE2PCS01变输出电压的具体实现方案,并对800 W DBPFC和传统Boost PFC进行损耗分析和实际效率对比。实验结果表明将变输出电压控制策略应用在DBPFC上,可显著提高变换器的效率,尤其在低压输入时,变输出DBPFC在全负载范围内的效率可提高4%。 Compared to conventional Boost PFC,DBPFC has the advantage of high efficiency for the elimination of one switch loss.Combining the advantages of variable-output-voltage-Boost(VVB) control method and DBPFC topology,a specific VVB control strategy based on ICE2PCS01 is proposed.The losses of VVB-DBPFC are also evaluated and compared with Boost PFC.Experimental results show that a high performance is achieved at VVB-DBPFC,especially when at low line input,the efficiency at full load can be improved by 4%.
