摘要
通过分析无轴承永磁同步电机(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor,简称PMSM)的旋转部分和径向力部分的数学模型,应用无轴承PMSM基于转子磁场定向的矢量控制,实现了旋转力矩和径向力之间的静态解耦,并根据控制的需要设计了以TMS320LF2407为控制器核心的无轴承PMSM数字控制系统,并详细分析了实验结果,得出不同速度指令下的电流波形特性。
The mathematic model of the radial forces and revolving torque are analyzed.Rotor field orient based on the vector control method is used to obtaine the decoupling control between revolving torque and radial forces,the digital control system of bearingless permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) is developed using TMS320LFDSP.Finally,the experimental results of digital control system are analyzed and the debugging results show the current form character of the different speed.
