摘要
大口径水平架空介质输送钢质管道早期腐蚀可以直接导致管道寿命期频繁维修、费用成倍增加,甚至严重危及生产线正常工作。通过对管道圆周随机涂层厚度测试,发现涂层减薄位置具有一定规律性且管道涂层提前失效的原因与涂层的厚度分布不均匀有直接关系,同时提出管径大小、介质温度、涂层结构、空气湿度、粉尘浓度等因素下的减薄涂层防腐强度推荐公式和腐蚀控制要点。
The earlier corrosion of largediameter steel pipeline in air parallel erection causes frequent maintenance,thus increasing the double expenses and even posing a threat to the production line.Through tests of the thickness of the coating along the circumference at random,this paper discover that the position with the thinning coating follows some regularity and that the earlier corrosion of coating is related directly to the thickness of the coating of uneven distribution.As a result,this paper bring up the expression of antiseptic strength to thinning coating on account of the piping diameter,the temperature of material,the construction of coating,the air humidity,the concentration of dust etc,and the important point of corrosion control.
