摘要
在新配制的高铁酸盐溶液中添加强氧化剂,通过对比试验筛选出具有最佳稳定作用的强氧化剂;对于过硫酸盐系列强氧化剂,以氧化剂种类、温度及添加量作为考察因素,做正交试验,确定最佳试验参数。试验结果表明电极电位高于高铁酸盐或在高铁酸盐附近的强氧化剂可有效降低高铁酸盐的分解速率,添加0.5%Na2S2O8,高铁酸盐溶液的分解率较空白可降低54.87%;S2O28-可有效抑制高铁酸盐碱性稀溶液的分解,在相同的存储条件下,以添加Na2S2O8的稳定效果最佳,且添加量越大,稳定效果越好;温度对试验结果影响最大,温度越高,分解速率越快。这些结论为高铁酸盐的长时间稳定保存提供了有效的试验依据。
Adding different strong oxidizers to the new prepared ferrate solution,and the strong oxidizer with the best stabilizing effect was selected by the comparing test;Using the types of persulfate type strong oxidizers,temperature and the dosage of strong oxidizers as factors,the best parameters were determined by the orthogonal test.The results show that the strong oxidizer,whose electrode is higher than ferrate's or nearby,can effectively reduce the decomposition speed of the ferrate,adding 0.5% Na2S2O8,the decomposition rate of the ferrate salts can be reduced nearly by 54.87%;S2O2-8 can inhibit the decomposition of the ferrate salts effectively,Na2S2O8's stable effect is the best under the same storing condition,and the more dosage,the better stable effect;At the same time,temperature has the greatest influence on the test results,and the higher temperature,the faster decomposition rate.These conclusions provide an effective basis for preserving ferrate salts stably for a long time.
