摘要
综述了近年来国内外从粉煤灰中提取氧化铝的制备工艺及进展,主要分为直接酸浸法及煅烧-酸浸法。分别从各制备工艺的特点、优点及其存在的缺陷等方面进行简要的评述,并对其发展趋势进行了阐述。探讨了粉煤灰提取氧化铝的工业化应用方向。
Fly ash with 22%～40% mass fraction of alumina is a very good resource for preparing aluminum oxide,because it can save resource,protect environment and increase business profits.In this paper,processes of extracting alumina from fly ash including acid extraction method and sintering-acid extraction method were introduced as well as research progress.Advantages and shortcomings of different processes were discussed.Industrial application trend of extracting alumina processes from fly ash was put forward.
