日光性角化病与皮肤鳞状细胞癌临床相关性研究

Eye skin disease and segmental squamous cell carcinoma of the clinical research

目的提高对日光性角化病的认识。方法分析近5年收治的日光性角化病并发皮肤鳞状细胞癌11例的临床资料,复习文献资料。结果有10个以上日光性角化病损害的患者中,5年内发生鳞状细胞癌为14%,皮肤鳞状细胞癌发生日光性角化病损害为44%。日光性角化病发生于日光暴露部位,多发生于易晒伤不易晒黑的人群。结论日光性角化病易发展为皮肤鳞状细胞癌,与皮肤对日光的易感性,长期的日光照射有关。
