摘要
目的观察紫草油对烧烫伤创面换药治疗的效果。方法将84例烧烫伤患者分别采用紫草油(治疗组)与0.3%利凡诺(对照组)2种药物进行创面换药,并对创面疼痛程度和伤口愈合时间比较。结果 2组对烧烫伤创面减轻疼痛,缩短愈合时间方面比较差异有统计学意义。结论选用紫草油进行创面换药的患者,在减轻伤口疼痛程度与缩短伤口愈合时间均优于0.3%的利凡诺液进行创面换药。
Objective To observe the effect of Zicao oil on burn wound healing.Methods 84 cass of patients with moderate burns adopted Zicao oil（the treatment group）and 0.3% Lifanro water wound pain and wound healing effect were compared between the two groups.Results The two groups showed difference in reducing wound pain and shortening time of wound healing.ConclusinZicao was superior to gen tamycin in woud healing and wounds pain
