摘要
通过建立工字钢有限元模型,在不同压下量的条件下对工字钢矫直过程进行动态仿真模拟,随着压下量的变化,分析矫直后工字钢残余应力的分布规律,给出在矫直工字钢过程中的应力、应变分布。该仿真结果对确定矫直变形规律具有一定的实际指导意义。
Through the establishment of I-beam finite element model,in different conditions of reduction of the straightening of the I-beam dynamic process simulate,with the changes in reduction,analyse distribution of residual stress after the straightening of the I-beam,give the I-beam in the process of straightening the stress and strain distribution.The simulation results of the straighten deformation to determine a certain practical significance.
