摘要
根据芯部发射结构的光学系统方案,设计了芯部发射组件的机械结构,运用UG软件建立了三维实体模型。利用MSC.Nastran软件建立了芯部发射组件的有限元模型,并对其进行了静力分析和模态分析。分析结果显示,结构组件在重力作用下的变形量满足设计指标,结构的一阶固有频率为162.39HZ,优于设计提出的100HZ要求,且有较大的刚度裕度。理论分析表明结构设计方案是可行的,同时为结构优化提供了参考。
Based on the optical system scheme,the inner supporting structures were designed;The 3D model was set up,using UG software.The MSC.Nastran was adopted to build the finite elements model for the inner supporting structures,and the linear static analysis and modal analysis work was done.The results showed that the structures met the deformation requirements in the gravity conditions;the structures' first order natural frequency is 162.39HZ,better than the required 100HZ,also with good stiffness margin.The theoretical analysis identified the structures'design is feasible,and provided the references for the structure optimization.
