摘要
电动机操作机构可以实现负荷开关的"合"、"分"、"接地"三工位动作。原有的负荷开关电动机操作机构存在着手动操作费力、传动不能准确到位等问题。设计出一种手动脱开机构,对操作机构进行了结构改进和优化。在电动位置,负荷开关机构的扭矩为(140~160)N.m,电动机操动机构扭矩为(110~150)N.m范围内时,通电试验合闸和分闸多次,每次传动都能到位且手动脱开自如;搬动手柄轴调至手动位置时,力量要适中。优化后的新型机构手动操作简单、动作可靠,已得到广泛的应用。
The actions of three work position for the burthen switch could be carried out through the motor operating mechanism.The old motor operating device had some disadvantage.It need great effort when operate with hand;it's drive action couldn't get to the exact position.An off-handwork structure was designed which could solve the former problem.The structure and performance were improved and optimized.The new mechanism could realize the right action at the dynamoelectric position.The operate force was moderate at the handwork position.The new device has some advantages,such as higher reliability,higher stability,convenience of operation,and so on.This product has been used widely.
