摘要
通过对钢球磨削微观机理的研究,分析磨粒在钢球表面的运动规律,并通过等软件模拟钢球表面余料的去除过程和磨削效果。最后,建立钢球表面余料去除的通用数学模型,找到各因素间的影响关系,为以后对各种磨球工艺的具体研究和改进提供依据。
Research on the microcosmic mechanism of steel ball grinding,analyze the law of grit's movement on the surface of steel ball,and then establish the elimination process and grinding effect by the analyzes software such as CATIA.At last,establish a general model about how to remove the excess material on steel ball surface,and find the relationship between the influencing factors.With the help of the research above,we can provide a foundation of detailed study and improvement about various processes of grinding ball.
