摘要
利用ANSYS的管路模块解决了复杂管路系统的建模难题,模型中包含三通、阀门、法兰、管卡等常见管路元件,同时考虑了管道内压、管内流体密度和温度因素。外场振动激励通过管卡和连接处传递到管路上,通过随机振动计算,得到了管路系统振动响应量的统计特征,确定了结构的薄弱位置,并分析了元件的振动谱响应特性。
The "piping modeling" module of ANSYS was adopted to settle the modeling problem of the complex pipelines system,many common components such as tee,valve,flange,bellow and spring handles were included in the model,some other factors such as inner pressure,density of liquid and environmental temperature could be considered simultaneously.External field excitation could be transferred to pipelines by tube clips and joints,statistic characteristics of dynamic response of the system under white supports'noise excitation were calculated.Weak locations in the pipelines were determined;the acceleration spectrum responses of components were also obtained.
