复杂曲面冲压件回弹评价参考点选定方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 模具补偿是矫正复杂曲面冲压件回弹的有效方法,但它需要正确的回弹评价指导修模。针对目前在回弹评价方面存在的问题,提出了一种基于凸模与回弹后工件接触的回弹评价参考点的选定方法,并应用到螺旋叶片冲压件回弹评价参考点的选定和回弹评价。实验结果表明,此方法可快速确定回弹评价参考点的所在范围,并能得出较准确的回弹评价结果。 Mould compensation is an effective way to rectify the springback of complex surface sheet metal stamping,it needed an accurate springback evaluation to direct modifying die surfaces.Aiming at the problems in springback evaluation now,presented a reference points selecting method for springback evaluation,it was based on the contact of punch and workpiece,then used this method on the spiral blade's reference points selecting and springback evaluation.Experimental result shows that this method can determine the range of springback evaluate reference points rapidly and get a comparatively accurate result of springback evaluation.
