摘要
采用垂直聚丙烯酰胺平板电泳,研究了光唇鱼的肝脏、脾脏、心脏、肾脏、脑、鳃耙、眼睛、背鳍和肌肉9种组织器官中10种同工酶,分析了其酶谱表型。结果表明,除了过氧化氢酶和酸性磷酸酶只显示微弱且不稳定的区带外,乳酸脱氢酶、苹果酸脱氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶、苹果酸酶、醇脱氢酶、过氧化物酶、酯酶和淀粉酶均显示出清晰稳定的酶谱。这些酶的表型、分布和活性上均有高度的组织特异性,与各组织的生理功能相一致。
Vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to investigate the expression of ten isozymes including lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH),malate dehydrogenase(MDH),malatase(MEP),superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),esterase(EST),acid phosphatase(ACP),catalase(CAT),and amylase(AMY)in nine tissues and organs(livers,spleens,hearts,kidneys,brains,gills,eyes,pectroral fin and muscles)in Acrossocheilus fasciatus samples collected in Xinchang,Zhejiang Province in November 30,2008.The results showed that the isozymes except CAT and ACP had clear and steady band patterns in all the tissues and organs,showing high tissue-function specific in patterns,distribution and activity.
