摘要
探讨大学新生的社交回避与苦恼、羞怯与心理健康的关系及相互作用。方法:对80名大学新生的心理健康状况、社交回避及苦恼和羞怯进行调查。结果:心理健康总分与羞怯、社交回避、社交苦恼存在显著性正相关;羞怯与社交回避及苦恼存在极显著性正相关;羞怯对心理健康有较大的预测作用而社交回避、社交苦恼对心理健康的预测作用不显著,社交回避、社交苦恼对羞怯有很好的预测作用。结论:对新生进行人际交往训练,提高勇气和胆量可能是改善新生心理健康水平的重要途径。
Correlation among social avoidance and distress,shyness and mental health in freshmen is discussed.Methods:A survey was carried out concerning social avoidance and distress,shyness and mental health in 80 freshmen.Results: Freshmen's mental health had significantly positive correlation with shyness,social avoidance and social distress.Freshmen's shyness had significantly predicative effects on their mental health;social avoidance and social distress had no predicative effects on mental health but on shyness.Conclusion: To provide training of social intercourse and to develop their courage would be important approaches to improving the mental health of freshmen.
