摘要
盐锅峡水电站是黄河上游第一座大型水电站,截止1996年底共发电55.28GkWh,经济效益和社会效益十分显著。但由于它建于1958年,属三边(边勘测、边设计、边施工)工程。消力池曾发生过严重损坏,修复后又遇1981年9月的洪水,使一级消力池Ⅰ~Ⅲ坝段护坦遭到冲刷破坏。本文简介了破坏情况,分析了破坏原因,并针对原设计和施工中存在的问题,提出了补强处理改善措施。
Yanguoxia Hydropower Station is the first large scale hydropower station located on the upstream of the Yellow River, with a total electricity of 55 28GkW · h up to 1996. And its economical and social efficiency is prominent. As was built in 1958, the project proceeded with simultaneous exploration, design, and construction. Serious destruction had been made in the stilling basin. Having been reconstructed, it met with the flood in September, 1981, which resulted in erosion in aprons of the first stage stilling basin, N01~3 monolith. This article consists of a brief of the situations of destruction, analysis of destruction's causation, and presentation of reinforcement aimed at solving the problems existing in the initial design and construction.
