摘要
压缩因子在天然气开发与输运过程中是很重要的物性参数,其它一些参数的变化与压缩因子密切相关。但是对于高含硫天然气由于H2S的存在,使得临界参数产生较大偏差。目前应用较多的计算压缩因子的方法多是针对常规天然气的,故利用这些方法来计算高含硫天然气的压缩因子会产生较大误差。对于硫化氢摩尔含量小于12%的高含硫天然气体系,用RK、SRK、PR、BWRS状态方程计算在1.05≤Tr≤2,0≤Pr≤13范围内的压缩因子,并与标准压缩因子图进行了对比分析,得出这四个状态方程的适用范围。
Compression factor is a very important physical parameter in the process of natural gas development and transmission.The change of some other parameters are related with compression factor.But the critical parameters deviate greately due to the existence of H2S for high-sulfur natural gas.The common methods of calculating compression factor most ly aim at conventional gas,so there will be greate error if use these methods to calculate the compression factor of high-sulfur natural gas.In the range of 1.05≤Tr≤2,0≤Pr≤13,use RK、SRK、PR、BWRS equations of state to calculate the compression factor of high-sulfur natural gas whose hydrogen sulfide content is less than 12%.Compare the calculated compression factor with the standard compression factor chart and get the scopes of application of these four equations.
