水泥线窑头余热锅炉对流烟道流动特性研究

摘要 锅炉烟道流场设计是决定水泥线低温余热锅炉性能的重要因子.针对每年5000 t水泥线余热锅炉的烟道流动,采用标准κ-ε模型对锅炉烟道烟气流动特性、不同受热面布置方式的流场分布不均匀性进行了数值模拟研究.结果表明:锅炉废气引入弯管外侧聚集流动,而其内侧出现负压区;受热面管束可降低锅炉引入弯管所致的流动不均匀性.研究结果对水泥线余热锅炉烟道和受热面设计分析和锅炉运行安全性有重要意义. The flue flow field design of boiler is a key to the performance of waste heat boiler in cement kilns.A numerical simulation was performed to investigate the flow characteristics of waste heat boiler flue in a cement kiln with 5 000 t/a.The standard κ-ε model was used to carry out numerical simulations to investigate the flow characteristic in boiler's flue.The non-uniform distribution of flue flow was also investigated in two different layout of heat transfer surface.It can be concluded that the mass gas of boiler flows at the outside of cross-section of import syphon exhaust gas in waste heat boiler,a minus pressure fields take place at the inside of cross-section of import syphon exhaust gas.The heat transfer tubes in boiler can reduce the characteristics of the flow non-uniform distribution caused by the import syphon exhaust gas in waste heat boiler.The investigation is very important to the design of the flue and heat transfer surface of the waste heat boiler in cement kilns.The investigation is also very important to the operation activity of the waste heat boiler in cement kilns.
