摘要
为了更加客观定量化评价员工满意度,将灰色系统理论应用到对员工满意度的测评中,通过问卷调查,利用灰色因子分析模型确定一级因子所占权重.结合综合评判方法把员工对本职工作的满意度来量化表示.该方法突破了以往满意度测量只在问卷和量表上简单处理而缺少模型分析的缺陷,且所得评价结果和传统的综合评判方法的评价结果一致,此结论可为实际应用研究参考.
In order to estimate the satisfactory degree of employee more objectively and quantitatively,gray system theory was firstly applied.Question are survey on employee satisfactlory degree,the model of gray-factor analytical model was used to determine the weight of primary factor,then combining with the comprehensive evaluation method,the satisfactory degree of employees to theirself job was quantityed,by comparing with the traditional comprehensive evaluation methods,a series of conclusions were obtained.This model overcomes the shortcoming that satisfactory degree was simplely measured by questionare survey or vector table,and lacks model analysis.
