全桥倍流同步整流软开关变换器的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目前,对全桥变换器的研究大多集中在移相控制领域,而移相控制不能解决输出侧同步整流管的软开关问题。为此采用了一种新的控制方法,基于有限双极性控制技术,通过调节PWM驱动和同步整流管驱动的延时,让主开关管ZVS软开关的同时,又可实现同步整流管的ZVS软开关。该方法在大电流输出场合极大地减小了同步整流管的开关损耗,进一步提高了变换器的效率。实验结果验证了该控制方法的优越性。 At present,the phase-shifted control strategy is mostly adopted in full bridge converter with current doubler and synchronous rectifier.It can not realize the synchronous rectification MOSFET zero voltage switching.A new control strategy,based on limited double control method,is used to control the full bridge with current doubler and synchronous rectifier,which can realize the synchronous rectification MOSFET ZVS with reasonable time delay between the PWM wave and the synchronous rectification MOSFET driving wave.The switching loss of the rectifier is reduced largely and the efficiency is increased.The experimental results verify the validity of this control strategy.
