摘要
提出一种实用的固态兆赫级感应加热电源锁相环设计电路,对其锁相时间、捕捉时间以及系统的稳定性能进行了验证,并利用该电路对并联谐振逆变器进行控制,使得功率MOSFET实现零电流零电压开关。逆变器的工作频率跟踪系统固有谐振频率,使该电源始终运行在负载功率因数近似于1的准谐振状态。
This paper presents a practical phase-locked loop circuit design method of solid-state MHz-class induction heating power.The lock time,pull-in time and the stability of system performance are verified,and the parallel-resonant inverter is controlled by this circuit,which makes the power MOSFET achieve zero-current zero-voltage switch.The operating frequency of inverter follows the inherent resonant frequency of the system,and the power will be able to run on the state of the quasi-resonant whose load power factor is close to 1.
