摘要
研制了一种基于系统芯片(System on Chip,简称SOC)的精密软开关逆变点焊电源,可用于微型工件的点焊。给出了一种采用饱和电感拓宽零电压软开关范围的电路拓扑,并分析了其控制原理;设计了以SOC型C8051F020单片机为核心的双闭环控制电路,给出了系统控制程序流程图。实验结果证明,所研制的精密软开关逆变点焊电源焊接性能优良,响应速度快,控制精度高。
A precise soft-switching inverter spot welding power based on SOC for miniature workpiece is introduced.The PS-FB-ZVS topology by adopting saturable inductor to widen soft-switching range is proposed and the control principle is analyzed.The control circuit based on SOC C8051F020 is designed and the system program flow char is presented.The ex-perimental results show that soft-switching inverter spot welding power has fast dynamic responsibility,high accuracy and full range soft-switching.
