How Administrative Management Participate in the Cooperation between School and Enterprises

拟通过分析高职院校行政管理参与校企合作的必要性,并结合高职院校开展校企合作过程中存在的问题,提出高职院校行政管理在校企合作中具有引导、推动、协调、信息服务和监督等五大作用的观点。

It is necessary for the administrative management to participate in the cooperation between school and enterprises. The paper states that there are some problems resulted from the cooperation . On basis of the analysis ,this paper defines five functions that polytechnic administrative management has to play ,such as leading,motivating,coordinating,information service and supervising in the cooperation between school and enterprises.
