摘要
为了解临床专业毕业生在实际工作中所表现出来的基本素质和工作能力,及时发现高等医学院校在专业设置、素质教育等方面存在的不足,根据对延安大学医学院临床专业毕业生的跟踪调查,在思想观念、实践教学、学术氛围、社团活动、师资培养等方面提出改进措施。
In order to understand the quality and competence of graduates ,we made an tracer study of the graduates majored in medicine . The purpose is to find the problems existed in the specialties and teaching level . The paper put forward some suggestions concerning the teaching ideas ,the practical training and the teachers training ,etc.
