摘要
明朝是我国历史上著名的大一统王朝,其官吏制度在前代的基础上,已经积累了丰富的理论和实践经验。试从明代的官吏选任制度、任官的回避制度、官吏的考课制度、官吏的监察制度、官吏的俸禄制度等几个方面进行分析研究,揭示其历史意义。
Ming Dynasty in China is regarded as a unified country in Chinese history. As for the bureaucrat system which is inherited the legacy of the preceding dynasties . There has been a lot of accumulated lessons and practical experiences for the operation of the bureaucrat system . This article tries to disclose the historical significance from the aspects of selection of the bureaucrat system ,the supervision for the officials and the remuneration system designing ,etc.
