由毕业论文写作看英语专业本科生创新能力的培养

On the Cultivation of English Majors' Creative Ability Viewed from the Writing of Graduate Dissertation

毕业论文写作是英语专业的一个重要实践环节,是对学生综合能力的考察,也是展示学生创新能力的一个重要窗口。毕业论文写作问卷调查表明,英语专业本科生创新能力培养现状不容乐观,诸如对"创新"的认知存在误区、对创新能力的培养重视不够、学生创新能力不足、教学模式满足不了创新能力培养的要求等问题。作者认为应从更新英语专业教育理念、改革传统教学模式、调整课程设置、优化学生考核评价体系、丰富第二课堂活动等方面着手加强英语专业学生创新能力的培养。

The writing of graduate their creative ability as well cultivation of English majors dissertation, an important practice for English majors, is a display of as their comprehensive ability. The relevant survey by questionnaire shows that the creative ability is not satisfactory, due to misunderstandings of ＂creativity＂, insuf- ficient attention to the cultivation of creative ability, underdevelopment of students＇ creativity, and the model which falls short of the demand. The present author thinks that the general idea of education majors, the traditional teaching model, the setting of curriculum, and the evaluating system should teaching for English be reformed to enhance the English majors＇ creative ability.
