我国西北地区产学研合作效率的DEA分析

Analysis of the Industry-study-research Comprehensive Efficiency in Northwest China Based on DEA Method

产学研合作在推动地区科技进步与经济发展方面起着重要作用。运用数据包络分析(简称DEA)的CR和BC模型,对我国西北地区产学研合作效率进行评价。结果表明,与我国的东部和中部相比,西北地区在产学研合作的技术效率跟规模效率方面,都存在着一定的差距。我国西北地区应优化产学研内部资源配置,提高其合作效率。

Industry-study-research cooperation is importment to the sciencetechnology progress and economic development.This article takes the CR and BCmodels of DEA as a foundation,analyzes the comprehensive efficiency of Industry-studyresearch in northwest china.The result indicates that the technical efficiency and scale efficiency of Industry-study-research in northwest are low compared with the east and middle.Northwest should optimize allocation of Industry-study-research resources,increase the comprehensive efficiency of Industry-studyresearch.
