摘要
合成了载镍羟基磷灰石。利用红外光谱法对其进行了表征。抑菌环实验表明:载镍羟基磷灰石对大肠杆菌有较强的抑制作用,抑菌环直径约为21mm。
Nickel substituted hydroxyapatite was prepared and characterized by IR spectroscopy.The result of bacteriostatic annulus test showed that, hydroxyapatite carrying Ni^2+(Ni-HAP)had strong antibacterial ability on E.coli.The ring diameter size for E.coli was about 21 mm.
