摘要
雍正朝在官员任用方面,打破以往在种族、出身方面的限制,任用一批非科甲出身的督抚。由于出身、教育背景的不同,非科甲出身与科甲出身的督抚之间矛盾重重,摩擦不断。于是,直隶总督李绂与河南巡抚田文镜之间就爆发了轰动朝野的督抚互参案。
The Emperor of Yongzheng appointed some governors of non-imperial examination origin regardless of their races and origins. Great contradictions occurred among those governors due to different race and educational background. Mutual impeachment between Governor LI Fu and TIAN Wen-jing was one of the famous examples.
