摘要
指出了现行的实验室管理评价方法和指标体系存在的问题,对常用评价标准的优、缺点及适用范围进行了比较。论述了实验室管理效果评价指标筛选的思路及确立的原则,并提出了相应的改进思路和模型——综合效果评价模型,给出了定量及定性指标的数据处理。
This paper points out problems of current laboratory management appraisement methods and existed problems of indicator system, and compares merits and demerits and applies the scope of common appraisement standards. This article discusses filtering thinking and establishing principles of laboratory management effect appraisement indicator system. An effect appraisement model, data processing of quantitative indicator and qualitative indicator is given.
