China’s Public Crisis Governance System under E-Government Environment

电子政务和公共危机治理是现代社会新形势下的新产物,电子政务公共危机治理系统的构建有着重大的理论价值和现实意义。通过对电子政务危机治理系统的探究,确立了构建电子政务公共危机治理系统的基本模型,并结合实际分析了我国建立该系统应当具备的条件和应当注意的问题。

E-government and public crisis governance are new products in modern society, and construction of e-government public crisis governance system has a great theoretical value and practical significance. Based on the exploration into the e-government public crisis governance system and the actual situation, the paper proposes a basic model for constructing e-government public crisis governance system, and analyzes the basic conditions needed for the construction and the factors that should be taken into consideration in the construction process.
