胃舒宁咀嚼片质量标准研究

Study on quality standard of Weishuning Chew Tablets

目的制备胃舒宁咀嚼片并建立质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法定性鉴别,高效液相色谱法测定主要成分的含量。结果薄层色谱法斑点清晰,高效液相色谱法定量准确,阴性对照无干扰。结论可作为本品的质控方法 。

OBJECTIVE To prepare and establish the quality standard for Weishuning Chew Tablets.METHODS Using TLC for identification and HPLC method for the content determination of the main ingredient.RESULTS The TLC spots developed were fairly clear,the amounts of components determined by HPLC were accurate,and the blank test showed no interference.CONCLUSION This method can be used for quality control of Weishuning Chew Tablets.
